The Colonia di Arpy is a complex located at 1,700 meters above sea level, along the road connecting Morgex and La Thuile, one of the main ski resorts in the Aosta Valley. Built in the 1930s and acquired by the Municipality of Genoa in 1964, it was used as a mountain retreat for Genoese schoolchildren. Thanks to its privileged location, the property offers great potential for enhancement and repurposing, making it suitable for various uses.

La Colonia di Arpy è un complesso situato a 1.700 metri s.l.m., lungo la strada che collega Morgex e La Thuile, una delle principali località sciistiche della Valle d’Aosta. Costruito negli anni ‘30 e acquisito dal Comune di Genova nel 1964, è stato utilizzato come colonia alpina per i ragazzi delle scuole genovesi. Grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata, la struttura offre grandi potenzialità di valorizzazione e rifunzionalizzazione, rendendosi adatta a diverse destinazioni d’uso.

Villa Rossi, a seventeenth-century noble building, is located within the park of Piazza Poch, the green lung of the district of Sestri Ponente.

The building is partly on five floors above ground, partly on three and is equipped with large space used as a garden.

Villa Rossi è un importante edificio nobiliare seicentesco posti all’interno del parco di Piazza Poch, il polmone verde del quartiere di Sestri Ponente.

The XVI century Villa Saredo Parodi is located in Marassi neighborhood, near the church of Santa Margherita.

Inside, in the entrance hall and along the staircase leading to the main floor and the loggia, there are relevant frescoes with allegorical scenes. In the chapel there is a fresco, by Valerio Castello depicting the Coronation of the Virgin. Another fresco, by Domenico Fiasella (1589-1669) inspired by the myth of Diana and Endimione, is located in the vault of the ground floor.

Villa Gruber, located in the district of Castelletto, is an eighteenth-century villa, surrounded by an English park very popular with the inhabitants of the area.

Villa Gruber, situata nel quartiere di Castelletto, è una villa settecentesca immersa in un ampio parco all’inglese, molto frequentato dagli abitanti della zona. Si compone di un corpo principale che si sviluppa su tre livelli fuori terra ed uno interrato. La torretta, posta sul fronte occidentale, sale per ulteriori due piani e offre un’esclusiva veduta panoramica sulla città.

The building complex of the former Psychiatric Hospital is in the district of Quarto, in the eastern part of the city. Finished in 1933, it is now divided into three different properties, ARTE, ASL3 and CDP Immobiliare. It includes various buildings in neoclassical style: the so-called "Old Institute" and "New Institute", the residential buildings, the so-called "Casa delle Infermiere", the monumental gatehouse and finally a newly built building used as offices and smaller one  that housed the clinics of forensic medicine.

Situato nel quartiere di Quarto, nella zona est della città, è comodamente e rapidamente raggiungibile dal centro di Genova, sia con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico sia con mezzi privati come auto o biciclette.
