The Municipality of Genoa take part at Mipim 2021 in Cannes

Maritime Station – Begato Fort Cable Car, Military Bakery, Villa Grimaldi " The Fortress", Gavoglio Barracks, Quezzi Nursing Home, Galliera Palace, these are the main projects that will be presented by the Municipality of Genoa at the new edition of Mipim, the great international event dedicated to real estate investment, on stage from 7 to 8 September 2021 at the Palais Des Festivals in Cannes.

An exclusive showcase that, under the theme "Time to Reconnect", brings together, for two days, the most influential players of the real estate industry, and marks the return to normal life, once again creating a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and projects .

The event attracts public and private investors from all over the world, a further opportunity to share the great transformations that reshape the future of Genoa: a city that is increasingly proving to be the ideal place to work, live and be happy.

The Councilor for Urban Planning and Redevelopment Projects, Simonetta Cenci, will attend the event to represent the Municipality of Genoa.
