Free public transport experiment starts

This experiment, which will make some lifts, funiculars, steep grade railway and subway trains free, will start from the 1 of December. This innovation in sustainability aims to bring Genoa’s public transport system closer to the model of the great European cities.

The experiment, in addition to bringing benefits in terms of economic relief, aims to report on hourly transport facilities and the impact that this incentive could have on the environment.
