Genoa at MIPIM in Cannes: focus on investments and vision 2030-2050

During these days at MIPIM in Cannes, the city of Genoa is attracting strong interest both for its catalog of real estate investment proposals and for its vision for the period 2030-2050. This vision is already in place and combines the optimization and renewal of infrastructure with technological development and the promotion of sustainable growth, capable of addressing climate change and improving the quality of the urban environment. On March 13th at 3:00 PM, the side event titled 'Future Perspectives towards 2030/2050' took place. After an introduction by the Place Marketing Manager Gabriele Andreetta and a speech by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Industrial and Economic Development, Labor of the Municipality of Genoa, Mario Mascia, there were in-depth discussions by Giuseppe Bonomi Ad GHT SpA - Erzelli Science and Technology Park Project, Alessandro Lombardo Chief Commercial Officer Gabetti Property Solutions e Gualtiero Tamburini Senior Advisor Nomisma. They highlighted the potential of the city's technological and real estate offerings. The event concluded with an intervention by the Sustainability Manager of the Municipality of Genoa, Stefania Manca, who emphasized the sustainable vision of Genoa 2030-2050.

In the international context of MIPIM in Cannes, both the present and future visions of Genoa have found their place. These two deeply interconnected visions converge towards an urban environment that combines innovation and sustainability, offering new opportunities for growth and improving the quality of life for all its inhabitants.
